Family Law – Divorce lawyer – Nathan Spok

As an experienced divorce attorney and family lawyer, and someone who has experienced the difficulties of divorce personally, I am a zealous advocate for my clients while always staying focused on protecting what matters most to families during this difficult time.

While my family law practice has involved almost all facets of the legal field for the past several years, its primary focus has been divorce and all issues related to family law.

For over 30 years, I have been actively serving as a Divorce Attorney in the state of Georgia and have helped my clients effectively deal with issues, including custody disputes, child support, visitation, and equitable division of marital property. We realize that any time one feels the need for an attorney, it is a stressful time in their life and we hope that this website proves beneficial.

Apart from being extremely familiar with the many different facets of Family Law, a major part of a Divorce Attorney’s job is transferring the emotional stress the client is experiencing away from the client to the Divorce Attorney that they have retained. I have made a career out of effectively resolving clients’ problems during what is frequently the most difficult period of their lives.

The main office is located in Cumming, GA yet we handle cases throughout the northern counties, including but not limited to Forysth County, Cheriokee County, Clarke County, Walton County, Barrow County, Gwinnett County, Jasper County, Hall County, Dawson County, Jackson County, Lumpkin County, White County, Habersham County, Pickens County, Banks County, Union County, Gilmer County, Rabun County, Fannin County, and Union County.

In addition to family and divorce law, I have extensive experience in various areas of civil and criminal law, including DUIs, wills & trusts, and personal injury. For more information, click here or call our Cumming office
